With Al Capone out of the picture appealing his recent conviction, the Untouchables focus their attention on the number 2 gangster in Chicago, George 'Bugs' Moran. Federal officers soon have Moran under 24 hour, seven day a week surveillance. Moran has recently kidnapped young Larry Halloran, even though the mobster know that the boy's father has no money. What Moran wants is to get control of the union the elder Lawrence Halloran is in charge of. It's only a small truckers union but Moran would be more than happy to strong-arm businesses to sign contracts with the union and in turn provide the mob with a nice steady income. With Eliot Ness away in Washington at Congressional hearings, Agent Martin Flaherty is in charge of the investigation but Halloran isn't prepared to take the risk of setting up the big-time mobster for an arrest. Halloran tries to make a deal with a local trucking firm but ends up in the hospital during which time Moran gets control of the union.

Slip Mahoney and Sach are working as runners for a New York brokerage firm owned by David J. Thurston. His daughter,Carol Thurston, is romantically involved with Gabe Moreno, a crusading television producer. David Thurston is found dead and the coroner's ruling is suicide. Slip isn't buying that, snoops around Thurston's office, and discovers a matchbox and pair of dice carrying the insignia, "The High Hat Club." Slip engages a spiel artist,Wellington J. "Buffer" McGee, to teach him, Sach and their friends, Butch, Chuck , and Whitey how to beat all games of chance. Slip, posing as "Slippery" Mahoney, and Sach as Sacramento Sach obtain jobs at the dice table of "The High Hat Club,", operated by Bruce McDermott and "Countess" Margo, and they bring in their friends to operate the card tables. Moreno, aided by information supplied by Mahoney, launches a campaign against McDermott, and has City Councilman John Martin aid him in his fight. Slip discovers a canceled check for $120,000, ...

It is covertly run by an affable but corrupt politician, 'Boss' Tom Cameron, who uses voter fraud to maintain influence on city hall and the governor's mansion. Hollister learns that his friend was a winner in a dice game on the night of the murder and threatened exposure of Cameron's vice racket. Complications arise when other underworld forces vie to take over Cameron's operation, and Holister falls in love with Cameron's beautiful daughter.

"One Minute's Wait" is about an little train station and glimpses into the lives of the passengers, with a series of comic setups. The third piece is called "1921" and is about a condemned Irish nationalist and his daring escape. Tyrone Power introduces each story.

They demand a huge ransom for the boys, but Filippini refuses to give in to criminals and put the lives of the boys at stake. Colella and the police are helpless.

U.S. Intelligence agency Group Three wants him but, fearing a security leak, cannot use its own men, so its head Blake ( Dana Andrews ) calls on Loomis ( Donald Pleasence ) of Britain's 'Department K'.

Loomis sends for John Craig, a tough, hard-as-nails agent who suffered torture on his last mission and is now considered expendable. He uses Craig as a decoy, while two other agents, Royce ( Derren Nesbitt ) and Benson ( Sue Lloyd ) carry out the assignment.
