Stolen Harmony (1935)

Band leader Jack Conrad is impressed by prison inmate Ray Ferrera on saxophone. Conrad hires Ray to join his band and tour upon his release. Ray hooks up with Jean, a dancer in the show, and the two become a successful dance act. However, when an ex-inmate buddy of Ray's robs the tour bus, Ray is suspected of wrongdoing by Jack and the others in the group. After a gang of thugs hijacks the tour bus, Ray tries to use his street smarts to redeem his reputation.

A very nervous man named Cartwright comes into Perry Mason's office to have the neighbor arrested for his howling dog. He states that the howling is a sign that there is a death in the neighborhood. It is all very mysterious and by the next day, his will is changed and Cartwright is missing, as is the lady of the house next door. Perry has a will and a retainer and must find out whether he has a client or a beneficiary.

Security firm specialised in the transport of money and other valuables becomes the target of repeated hits by armed robbers. Its owner, Lionel Darcy (Frank Wilson) is worried because the failure to secure the transports could mean the end of his business. His worries multiply when he gets anonymous tip that the firm is going to get hit from the inside. That also worries Eric Jackson (Terence Donovan), one of Darcy's trusted employees who was planning exactly the same thing for the last five years. Those events coincide with the appearance of a new, young and seemingly inexperienced employee Leo Bassett (Tony Bonner). Darcy's suspicions and some other strange events also bring the attention of a local crime boss Jack Henderson (Charles 'Bud' Tingwell), who would also like the piece of an action.
