Jeannie believes that Marty is trying to contact her when objects begin to move around in her house but it is a ploy by the Foster brothers, spiritualists down on their luck, who offer to pay Jeannie to send them clients anxious to hear messages from loved ones who have crossed over. Sensing a scam, Jeff sends Laura, an actress, to pose as a widow and engage the Fosters. He and Jeannie arrive at the Fosters' home and believe, erroneously, that they have killed her. However, the brothers attempt to murder Jeannie and Jeff by propelling objects using electricity.

Ray Danton plays an Army Staff Sergeant who has been called back from Europe to help the U. S. Treasury crack a counterfeiting case which has been plaguing them for 15 years. Danton had been permitted to join the Army as a condition of his parole, having been imprisoned for a minor offence when younger. He has done well in the army, been promoted, won a medal, was wounded, the whole lot. He is now offered the chance to have his "slate wiped clean" for his earlier crime by cooperating in solving the case.
The head of the enquiry team in Washington is his own father! They are severely estranged and tensions run high between them.
The reason why Danton is considered important is that he knew a member of the counterfeiting gang who was recently murdered. He is asked to call on that man's widow (played by Leigh Snowden) and see if he can glean any information on the gang.

Saturday, April 6 - Highway Patrol: 2 Episodes
A thief named Wally steals expensive automobiles, then has one of his two female accomplices (Ann and Norma) forge registration certificates and sell the cars upstate in well-to-do suburbs before their status as stolen cars is widely known. Dan Mathews finds out about the scheme when Officer Dorsey brings in a car theft suspect named Joe Ramo. When Ramo actually turns out to be a victim, Dan and Officer Dorsey check out "cars for sale" ads in higher-income areas upstate. Posing as "Mr. Daniels", Dan answers an ad placed by Ann and is offered a near-new luxury sedan for $3,900. When her background story proves false, Dan and Officer Dorsey enlist the aid of the Lakewood National Bank to set a trap for the three thieves.
Haldor Mattern believes he is a famous concert violinist and is capable of being urbane and refined one moment and homicidal the next. When he escapes from Riverhead Hospital, Dan Mathews and his officers set up roadblocks and pursue all leads. Unsuspecting James Wilson offers Mattern a ride and is subsequently murdered. Mattern assumes Wilson's identity and gives a ride to occasional concert pianist Eileen Haley. When Wilson's body is found, Dan is able to surmise the direction in which Mattern is traveling. Mattern becomes highly upset when Eileen Haley looks at his hands and asks about the extent of his musical background. He stops the car abruptly and starts to slowly strangle her. Dan arrives in time to discern what is happening in the parked car and must use guile to try to prevent Mattern from committing a second murder.

Tracy suspects that Fred and foreman Jose Kosster (H.M. Wynant) might be partners in the cattle thefts.

Colonel March is back in Paris and enjoying the company of Inspector Goron of the Surete at a bar.
While having a glass of Carcazon which seems off to Goron. He discusses with the Colonel their differing methods of detection.
Goron prefers to use the heart. The Colonel uses his head and prefers logic.
When a customer called Phillipe in the bar dies. It turns out that he was poisoned and he was also a monk as well a connoisseur of Carcazon.
The culprit might be Francois who was with Phillipe. It turns out that Francois was also a monk who came to Paris and fell in love.
Now Francois has returned to his remote monastery and taken a vow of silence. A monastery that makes Carcazon.
Goron meanwhile suspects the singer in the bar, the one who seemed close to Francois.
A young man, Guy Wallingford, bursts into March's office and exclaims "They've stolen the monkey." Guy explains that he he had already talked to Inspector Ames and that Ames told him to go to March saying that March "handled the monkey business end of the profession." Guy is a brilliant but mentally unstable scientist who works at the lab of the eminent scientist, Sir George Watkins. Guy and two other researchers are doing cancer research using monkeys to test their theories. Guy insists one of the test monkeys has been substituted. Guy becomes increasingly distraught and when he later is found dead from gas, Ames readily believes it to have been suicide. There is a very clever solution to the mystery which March in his usual urbane manner sorts out.

Though critically injured, the manager is able to give Dan Mathews essential information about the perpetrators. At Karen's urging, the increasingly reckless Bart goes ahead with his plans to rob the Eagle Motel at gunpoint. Joan is fearful of facing a murder charge and gives a description of Bart and his vehicle when she and Karen are stopped by a Highway Patrol officer. Dan Mathews spots the car, and is ultimately forced to face Bart in a man-to-man gun battle.

Ames was not too pleased with this assignment. Later Mrs Greer is found dead in her beauty parlour.
Suspects range from Mrs Greer's staff to her daughter in law. None of whom liked her very much
Colonel March seems to have got all of them to confess but only one of them is the real murderer.

Reformed ex-con Al Baldwin is unpleasantly surprised when former cell-mates Tom Wright and Frank Jennings visit his rural garage and tell him of their plan to steal $12,000 in cash from the regular farm combine shipment. When Al refuses to help, Wright's wife Delle holds Al's wife Cathy at gunpoint while the robbery takes place. The money is taken as planned, but guard Sid Wells is murdered and Sergeant Walters quickly finds the abandoned truck. He and Dan Mathews investigate and deduce that the Baldwins are in trouble when the nervous Al introduces Tom Wright as his new "helper". They lure Wright away from the house and capture him, but find that they must utilize a high-risk ruse in order to get close enough to rescue the Baldwins and capture Delle Wright and Frank Jennings.

A woman is found dead on a train, and the name "Rex" has been written on the pull-down blind. It is the third in a mysterious string of "Rex" murders, all carried out on trains. The detective novelist Paul Temple and his wife Steve are called in to help Scotland Yard's Sir Graham Forbes solve the case before the serial killer strikes again. While at a nightclub, they receive a message from singer Norma Rice concerning the murders. But before Sir Graham has the chance to speak to her she dies, falling down the stairs in the middle of her second number, What's Cooking in Cabaret?.
The suspects include the Egyptian therapist Dr Kohima, his mysterious secretary Mrs Trevelyan, and a salesman, Hugh Pryse of the Quick Boil Kettle Company (in the next carriage when one of the murders takes place).

Thursday, March 14 - Personal Property
In London, businessman Claude Dabney, who is in partnership with his father Cosgrove Dabney in the family's ladies' undergarments company, and widowed American socialite Crystal Wetherby, are engaged to be married. What neither Claude or Crystal knows is that the other is only marrying for money, Claude who needs Crystal's non-existent money to finance the struggling company, and Crystal who needs Claude's non-existent money to pay off her debts while continuing to live in a means to which she has now been accustomed.
Crystal, from a humble background, made her way to Europe having won a contest, met big game hunter Wetherby, who became her first husband, on board the transatlantic sailing, he leaving her with all these debts upon his passing.
Their situation becomes more complicated when Claude's brother, ne'er-do-well but good-hearted Raymond Dabney, is released from prison, he serving time for robbery. While Raymond's mother is on his side, his father and brother just want to get rid of him, they willing to pay him off to leave town and their lives for good, he holding out for a better deal than their offer.
When Raymond meets Crystal, not knowing who she is let alone that she is Claude's fiancée, he falls in love with her at first sight. Although she wants nothing to do with him, he is able to infiltrate her life. The complication with Raymond entering the picture is ratcheted up a notch when he learns both about her debts and she being Claude's fiancée, he thus seemingly holding the trump cards in what happens with this collective.

Tuesday, March 12 - Blind Spot
An American Army officer, Robert Mackenzie is laid up in a military hospital waiting for an operation. He has lost his sight due to a head injury. The medical types need to wait for the injury to heal before operating to repair his eyesight. Mackenzie is invited off base to attend a party at a fellow officer's place. He gets a ride but is dropped off at the wrong address.
He enters the house and stumbles over a dead body. The killers, Ronan O'Casey and George Pastell see that Mackenzie is blind, so they give him a belt on the head and dump him down a flight of stairs. Mackenzie wakes up in a hospital with assorted bruises etc. He tells everyone about tripping over a body but no one believes him.
Several months later he has his vision restored. He now spends his time trying to prove his story. He is soon mixed up with diamond smugglers, killers and a crooked aircraft mechanic, Gordon Jackson. Also in the mix are the father, John Le Mesurier and sister, Delphi Lawrence of a supposedly dead pilot.

On his first night he starts a fight in dance club with a man named Logan because he was dancing with Sue, a girl whom Brad is in love with. Brad's older brother ends the fight just to beat Logan up later himself. Although Sue's strict father is strongly against her relationship with Logan, they secretly get married in Las Vegas. Soon Brad's love turns to obsession and at the same time he falls back into using drugs. Sue's father takes matters into his own hands.

Friday, March 8 - Life in Danger
Hazel Ashley, an emotionally unstable adolescent, meets a casual labourer and befriends him. At the same time, news comes that Miller, a convicted child murderer, has just escaped from a nearby lunatic asylum.
Hazel goes missing, and when local villagers led by Major Peters search for her, they find her in a barn with the labourer, whom they assume is the escaped killer. Peters shoots and wounds him. When the police arrive they report that Miller has previously surrendered himself.
