Two Weeks in Another Town (1962)An actor trying to revive his career after a nervous breakdown finds the manipulative characters in his life seem to be standing in his way.
Douglas and Robinson are a couple of Hollywood has-beens who set out to make a comeback picture but meet with adversity at every turn. Extremely sappy melodrama is based on Irwin Shaw's trashy novel and represents one of director Minnelli's poorer efforts.
