Case for the Defence
S4, Ep5
Aug. 27, 1969
Frank Marker is finding it difficult to pick up the tread after his release from prison. A man with a record must take whatever he can get. Because of this, Marker is working as a shelf-filler in a supermarket. Out of the blue comes an offer of a job with a firm of enquiry agents. This is more in Marker's line. But he soon discovers that working for a firm is very different from the old days, when he was his own boss. When he decides that his employer's moral code is in conflict with his own, he goes out on a limb to right a wrong.
