Bernard Lee is the head inspector. He's seeking to solve the murder of the chairman of the "Cool Kups" company, Victor Platt. We soon learn that Platt's partner, John Eyssen, is involved as is Platt's wife, Moira Redmond. Eyssen has a rock solid alibi, having hired trucker Gordon Boyd to do the dirty deed.
