70 years after the Jack the Ripper killings in London, Sir Guy (John Williams) convinces the police that Jack may still be alive, eternally young, and still killing, currently in New York.
The basic premise of this is that the character of Jack the Ripper transcends decades and reappears regularly. A man comes to the police and says he can predict when the Ripper will strike again. Much of the episode involves trying to convince the police that such a character exists.
