A young couple who have agreed to sell their unborn baby to an unscrupulous baby broker ask Johnny to help them keep their baby.
Johnny looks for his friend's killer in Little Tokyo and finds an unscrupulous acquaintance from his army days who is cheating the inhabitants with crooked immigration deals. He sends his goon Tikon to kill Johnny with Karate.
