Ricardo Montalban guest stars as a movie stuntman with a hair trigger temper that the wife of director Jerome Thor has a big old yen for.
Thor wants to ruin him and is counting on Montalban's temper to do it. After firing him as a stuntman they hire him as a location manager for their new picture and some of it to be shot in an old western town called Thompsonville. It's inhabited by a lot of Deliverance like folks with warped old woman Betty Garde running the show and a half wit played by Martin Landau who likes to show off his new knife. They keep trying to press his buttons and his friend Anthony George from Checkmate is looking to find what's going on with these folks.
